Shipping Policy
shipping your items to incorporate in your dolls to our studio:
you can decide how to do it and when, the details of where and how to send will be emailed to you after placing an order. we highly recomend using a delivery company and not using the regular mail.
shipping your dolls back to you:
Shipping cost is determined by location.
shipping within Israel will cost 50 shekels, regardless of the size of the order, and takes 4-7 days.
Shipping cost and time outside of Israel depends on location.
Shippimg time:
Please add 28 days of production time after we recieve your fabrics for custom made orders,
and a week for ready items prior to shipping.

Depending on the amount of orders + your location, it can take more then 1 week to ship your order.
* Estimated shipping time does not take include customs, domestic holidays, strikes - anything that is beyond our control.
Return Policy
My mission at Project Creatures is to surprise and delight you with a well made heirloom doll.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with it or you have simply changed your mind:
Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Custom made creature are not refundable, but I do not want you to be unsatisfied, so please contact me if there is something wrong with your order.
Ship back unused/ unopened items *only ready creatures from the studio* with all original packaging for an exchange or refund.
Please note:
We will not cover the shipping cost back. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Your refund will be issued once we receive your purchase and find it in saleable condition.
We cannot offer refunds after this date.
Payment Method
The payment for ordering a creature can be processed through PayPal or via a Credit card.
